Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Secure Packaging

  Carefully place your jewelry in its original presentation box and secure it within a padded shipping envelope to prevent damage during transit.

  Affix Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely attach it to the exterior of your return package.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our gemologists verify the item's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
